The SMST - Seed Flow Moisture Monitor, is a product that combines moisture sensing with seed flow control to accurately measure the moisture content of seed in a flowing state .

It is designed to effectively measure the moisture content of seed after it has been dried and shelled with the desired intention to provide dryer operators and other production leaders with real time moisture data in order to make more informed decisions both at the time of production and in the future.

SMST has a Remote User Interface that provides the Sheller Operator with valuable information needed to effectively manage the shelling process, information like Current Moisture Readout, Bin and Product ID and Min – Max Moisture Data for Each Bin. SMST’s Interface also has three different sampling modes to choose from which are Continuous Flow, Burst and Sample. Each mode has been designed with the desired intention to fit into your particular production strategy and provide you with real time moisture data they way you want it.

SMST also comes with a PC Based User Application Software in order to provide you with real time and historical views of collected moisture sample data. Complete with Real Time Moisture Graphs, Bin/Seed Identification and Historical Archiving Features, SMST is designed to work in concert with SDMS by providing it with the acquired data in order to better inform dryer operators and production team leaders and produce a complete data profile for your individual seeds and hybrids.
