Dryer Maintenance Services

For many years we have offered a list of specialized Dryer Maintenance Services such as Dryer Controls Upgrades, Gas Train Refurbishing, Campbell Burner Replacement and Preventative Maintenance.

1. Dryer Controls Upgrades

The Dryer Control Upgrade service consists of the basic upgrading of the dryer’s original burner, motor and fan controls to the JHC Controls Package with additional equipment options. These consist of:

JHC Controls Package

a. JHC BCC, MCP, BAP and Leak Test Control – for single or dual burners
b. Condensation Barrier System between Controls and Dryer
c. Upgrade of Temperature Control Sensing Grid to JHC Temperature Grid
d. Optional: Fan Vibration Safety Sensors and Auto Staged Burner Controls

2. Gas System Refurbishing

This service consist of a complete review and assessment of your dryers current gas system and the creation of a comprehensive plan to have it repaired, refurbish and upgraded to be compliant to the industries current standards and to perform as good or better than in its original operating condition.

3. Campbell Burner Replacement

The JHC Campbell Burner Replacement Sections are semi-custom assemblies built to replace the complete burner.

4. Preventative Maintenance

The PM Service is a complete review of the Fan-Burner System and verification that is functioning properly and as designed. We review the gas systems and fuel source, burner controls, motor control and safety systems
